Moved out of my cubicle today since it was the last day in the office before I start my new job. I only cried when I got to the car. Growth is never easy and change is scary but it's necessary. I have been working hard towards this for the last 18 mo and it's finally here 🫶

I never thought I would say it, but I love going to the gym. I love the way it makes me feel. I love seeing the changes in my body (even if it feels like it's taking forever) 💜

I’m thinking about disbanding my team DxF entirely. I have no time for the online realm anymore. The real world and real world problems have just taken over my life. Work and trying not to have another lupus flare has taken over my life. I feel like I’m losing all my online relationships from my community because I can’t keep up anymore. I don’t know what else to do.
