As the artist behind the image you shared in this post, I think it's rather disingeniune to say "The art direction is why people don't play Infinite anymore." The art direction was never the problem with Infinite. It's the lack of content and how they handled customization.

@Whaccd Your opinion is super valid! I like to fun bright colors but I can definitely see how that takes away from the standard “spartan”.

I'll be the guy to say it. Halo Infinite Spartans look like toddlers who found crayons compared to actual Halo Spartans. Nothing against this person in particular and I'm happy they found their look they like. I disagree with this art direction, and the playercount does too.

@MarathonDevTeam What about MnK input issues in PC 👀 I keep having issues where mouse barely works when in inventory or UI and sometimes when I try to heal and press stuff the mouse just goes off-screen instead of staying in game. Weird input issues

We have seen reports from some players wanting more performance out of their high-end PC setups. For launch, our team prioritized performance for low- and mid-spec PCs to ensure as many people as possible are able to play. But we also want performance to feel amazing on high-end hardware. Near term: We’re working on a guide to help you get the most out of the hardware you have today. Long term: Improvements benefiting high-spec PCs. We want to be transparent that this will take some time and won't come all "at once" in a single season. We understand that for competitive shooters, performance is always going to be important. Like other critical technical systems, such as game security or PC hardware compatibility, it’s an area we will continue to advance over time.

After 24 hours of Marathon playtime I FINALLY FOUND A FRIENDLY RUNNER!!!!! (Didn't get to capture us meeting) Still would love to find more friendly players but having experiences like this be the exception rather than the norm is wayyyy better.
