Jugal Taneja originally took GeoPharma public in 1999. The spin out was Belcher Pharma when Geopharma went bankrupt in 2011. Why this is interesting? Well... Jugal didnt do a formal IPO when he took Geopharma public almost 20 years ago. He acquired a public shell back than and did a reverse merger. EXACTLY what he is doing today with BZRD just almost 30 years later.
Do the DD cause the only issue is when it will be announced not IF.
