@illayamg1249 Yeah, they only have posted so far in the last filing for $VSST about the deal. They have never put out any news, pr or 8k. So hopefully we see one of those or a Supplemental info filing.

@illayamg1249 Yeah, I dont get it. This is a nice acquistion from a small cap, that is taking a piece of the company, on a ticker that has basically been a shell since they took it over.
