@NWoodeSmith That’s not what is being argued here Nicholas. This is about what he has done in the 2 years he has been Minister. Where is his plan ? Where is the improvement ? Just as DA Ministers are often held liable by the VF for their actions, the DA should hold the VF responsible too.

Except it's not his fault. The scourge of crime in SA is the fault of the ANC. They destroyed SAPS, they defunded and destroyed our investigative capacity. Groenewald has been a minister for less than 2 years. The ANC has had over 30 to destroy this country.

He is the minister responsible for doing something about this mess and he hasn’t done so. @geordinhl @Our_DA Geordin. The 29k is since 1991. I stated in public that I am in a process of electronic bracelets for parolees. There is progress. I had a parole summit last year Sept on the revision of the parole system. We are busy with legislative amendments. Don’t practice cheap politics
