@ethel_nkandu @Nyandi_mbunga This is on a package from the UK that took 3 weeks to get to Zambia when it’s supposed to take 3-5 days and on top of it I have to wait for 5 days for it from Lusaka elo it was dispatched on Wednesday. I’ve suffered with these people.

That’s why I am not purchasing anything from US or UK anytime soon, I’ll stick to China for now because all the Chinese courier companies I use deliver within the stipulated period. My last express package from China took 5 days to get to Zambia and I didn’t have to fight with them for updates.
