Scenario: You ship a Pokemon order ($200) out to one of your customers making sure you add bubble wrap and packaging peanuts. Order arrives and USPS destroys the box and there’s dents on the some of the boxes (packs are still good to rip). Customer requests something be done because they are sealed collector. @Nutzypoo_ttv I always thought collections were good, have you something to grind for. I just don't like that you needed to collect all the unusable cards and the chase cards to complete them. The chases should be excluded to encourage grinding

Sometimes the devs can’t win on things. Most of the community complained about the amount of collections last year and called it “MLB the Collection 25” This year, they drop less collections with themed content and people ask why there wasn’t a collection. It’s a no win.

@y0dakk @MikeDro_ Sit on that bottom left corner, if it drops lower then pci no swing. I follow the ball with my pci , that helps me with judging its location

After talking with some others, and my wife, I think we will open a store here in Florida and focus more on that vs online. Doing conventions was always a much better experience than selling online. Utah was ass though. Dropped over 100k for the build out and everything just to end up hating Utah more than I hate California. Didn’t realize where we moved to was just a bunch of old retired people and most people these days don’t even want to work anyways unless it’s $30 an hour so couldn’t find help lol So maybe within the next 2ish months we will have a new location here. But won’t be a full build out like Utah was. Learned my lesson to just move in, and slowly build. But we will have a heavy focus on organized play.
