@mikkiplushi Well technically my first real trigger I was 121lbs and then I lost ab 20 lbs and then I recovered and then got into binging and then was 150 and now I’m 137 so.. however u wanna count that 😞

@lexapro_mg It’s okay I’m going through the same thing. Just start slowly, eat 3x a day then 2x and then you can go back to however ur eating habits were before
