Happened to me multiple times. I also learned that if you're angry about it, you become a problem and realize later that maybe they never were a friend to begin with.

I almost NEVER have serious things on my socials so please give this a good read ⬇️⬇️⬇️💕 I’ve been flooded with body shaming comments and DMs on Insta and Twitter, let me set the record straight. This is all very personal to me and I didn't want to explain my body, transition, and health on the internet like this but I will. These two photos are a year apart. Last year at Megaplex I made a simple goal: see where I could land in a year. By January 2025, I started working out, cooking my own meals, cutting binge eating, taking vitamins and protein, quitting weed, cutting alcohol outside of cons, and more. Who are you to say by looking at someone else’s body that they are unhealthy? Yes, I lost weight. Notice, I didn’t lose muscle. I put in the work, studied, leaned on friends, and changed my lifestyle to meet my goals. I went from 147lbs to 110lbs in 9 months. And guess what? My cholesterol dropped 45 points. I get my blood drawn every 3 months; Can you say the same? On top of that, I’ve been on HRT since July 24, 2021. Estradiol, progesterone, and a T blocker change fat and muscle distribution. Genetically (I’m Viet), I metabolize faster and naturally run smaller. Most of the people commenting don’t even know what half of that means, let alone anything about the body beyond a cis-male. Let’s also note that I learned to pose. My body will look drastically different in different poses. Bottom line: you don’t know my body better than I do. I feel better now than ever. But this isn’t just about me; It’s about what I keep seeing across platforms. This community loves to preach inclusivity and body positivity… until it’s someone who’s “too skinny.” Or “too big.” So, what version of my body is acceptable to you? What a fucking ridiculous thing I just had to type. At what point did we make telling someone how they should look okay? Health doesn’t look one way. And everyone’s body is different. That’s what makes this community amazing. So maybe respect that, instead of tearing people down. 🩵

Does anyone else ever feel like the black sheep during family gatherings, group chats, or vacations? Like you just don’t quite fit in, or you're only thought of as an afterthought once everything’s already been planned? Before I came out, I used to feel included—people would ask me things, make me feel welcome. But ever since coming out, it’s hard not to feel like something’s changed… like I’m being seen differently, even if no one says it out loud. it could be the fact that I know what its like to feel seen by all of my furry family and maybe before it was me just ignorantly accepting the love that was available. I know my family loves me and accepts me, but i cant help but feel treated differently lately.
