If I said it bothers me that the ppl primarily complaining about art and fursuit prices in the fandom are men and furry art/ fursuit making are women-dominated fields and it’s a microcosm of how undervalued womens work/ art is in society would I be crazy

@rainingcoyotes @Twilight_Husky_ And what about the hours the customer spent working? Does their work not matter? You want them to work harder so you can sit at your desk and draw ref sheets for maybe 6-8 hours a day? How are you any different than the people sitting behind corporate office desks?

Commission prices are out of control. Simple as. 300 bucks for a ref sheet or basic drawing?? Hell no. That's 10 HOURS of my life I would have had to spend to be able to afford that. Actually, it's definitely more than that because the government taxes wages.
