@AustinHertzog @BobGreenburg Agreed. This is a topic that actually pisses lots of people off.. not the thing to joke about and get them excited
English

@BobGreenburg This isn't cute. It undermines the efforts of all journalists - you included - as being a trusted source of information. It has never been more difficult for people to sort fact and fiction and now this is going spread with 90 percent treating it as real.
English

@BobGreenburg Damn that shit isn’t funny getting our hopes up like that…make April fools jokes about light hearted topics

@LarryTheLod2av @JustinJBasch Said the same about Crookham. It’s a mystery!
English

@JustinJBasch Idk why he wouldn’t just enter a graduate program at Stanford

PORTAL: 2x All-American Tyler Knox of Stanford has hit the transfer portal as a grad transfer. Yes, he graduated in 3 years!
With 6th and 8th-place NCAA finishes at 133lbs, he has 2 years of eligibility remaining. A huge pick-up for whatever team lands him. I asked him if he had any destinations in mind, and he said no.

@HantmanPaul @MrPatMineo There aren’t many better grad schools for financial engineering than Lehigh so it’ll be very interesting to see what happens
English

@Jayh02g @MrPatMineo Pat why won't he go to grad school at Lehigh? I also like to know how it works.

🚨 TRANSFER PORTAL ALERT 🚨
Big news as Lehigh’s 133 lb All-American Ryan Crookham has officially entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer.
Crookham placed 3rd at the NCAA Championships as a freshman, but missed the last two postseasons due to injury. With a medical redshirt, he will have 2 years of eligibility remaining.

English

@bradwsports @ryan_crookham @LehighMWREST I still don’t understand the reason he left. A better wrestling program? A better graduate program than Lehigh’s MS in financial engineering?
Lehigh is top tier in both… That’s a hard combo to beat.
English

Here's my thoughts on @ryan_crookham and @LehighMWREST and the general situation.

Could we see Crookham hit the West Coast for grad school? 👀

@Jayh02g @MrPatMineo Dosent matter. Injuries happen. He shouldn’t be given redos because he got hurt every year. If he tear his ACL next season match one, another RS?
English

@melanie_saylor @D11Updater You’re saying Lehigh’s MS in financial engineering program isn’t successful? Or Lehigh, a top 10ish program in the nation isn’t successful?
English

@Jayh02g @D11Updater He’s not a kid out of high school anymore. If he wants to move on and be successful it doesn’t make him a sellout smh.
English

Man this is tough to see. Really wanted to see Ryan win a national championship for the hometown team.
133 is obviously loaded but a few potential landing spots that would make sense are Iowa, Iowa State, Michigan, NC State and Minnesota

@MrPatMineo Unless he’s transferring to maybe Harvard business school, you can’t say this is because he got his undergrad and Lehigh isn’t good enough

English

@Jayh02g He graduated, do you understand how that works?
English

@MrPatMineo He was a student at Lehigh “long term” not wrestling long term…
this isn’t “LeBron gave his all to his hometown team but they didn’t give him the support to win so he left for Miami for a chance to win” vibes
English

@Jayh02g He stayed long term. He was there 4 years and graduated…
English

@connorb800 @MrPatMineo Maybe that’s why he’s transferring maybe he thinks going somewhere with a different style that could protect him a bit more would be more beneficial for him who knows we’ll have to wait until next March to know for sure
English

@EightySix46 @lvvarsity @grok I’ll also summarize it even more for you. The coach that was really good at recruiting an all star high school team to beat up on small town schools graduating 100 kids a year graduated
English

One of Pennsylvania’s most successful wrestling coaches in recent years is stepping away mrf.lu/0Zcw mcall.com/2026/03/13/one…
English

@lvvarsity “For 12 years we’ve ended our practice and competitions with one breakdown; ‘Not Outworked on 3…1, 2, 3, Not outworked!,’”
More like “not out recruited on 3…1,2,3, Not out recruited!”
English

@ByCSauertieg @Mitch_Rupert I don’t see any they would transfer what would be the point? Especially the upperclassmen. It’s not like their scholarship offer will be rescinded because their hs coach changed
English

@Mitch_Rupert Wonder where all the kids end up transferring to?
Bachmanns gonna move to Iowa?
English

@Mitch_Rupert @ByCSauertieg Yeah I doubt it would be worth it for one year seems like more hassle than it’s worth
English

@ByCSauertieg I wonder if the older guys risk transferring and being deemed ineligible, especially with a fourth title on the line
English

@MrPatMineo Why does one have 47 more matches? Almost an entire extra season
Did Bo miss some time at some point?
