VAT on private schools is a pointless, cynical policy. If 11,000 fewer kids are going private now it’s likely to be costing the taxpayer more than it’s bringing in.

When was the last time we saw the PM face the public? I don’t mean selected workers in a factory, I mean an open forum where the public can have the opportunity to raise the issues that matter to them? Everything is so staged and rehearsed.
