@bhx_official @bhx_official final question..... My flight is due to land at BHX around 3.55pm. I know there is some leeway when booking, but what time should I book the premium arrival fast track ticket (roughly) would you suggest for a 3.55pm landing - flight LS1294 on 22/04/22?

@Jaywuk7 Hi Jamie -UK-78 - The process for the premium arrival fast track is the same for both options. For British passport holders, please select Non-EU. - ^AG.

@bhx_official hi Birmingham Airport team. Myself and my family are all British passport holders. Upon our return to Birmingham from Tenerife, which Premium Fast Track Arrivals should I pick if I wanted to purchase this option. EU passport or Non-EU passport holder?

@Hermesparcels Hello again Hermes. I have sent you a couple of tweet. I am trying so hard to get in touch with you about a parcel that was due to be delivered yesterday. It is for a poorly 5yr old boy. We are desperately trying to find out when it will arrive. Very worried.

@Hermesparcels Hi Hermes, I was expecting a delivery from Hermes today (Monday 13/12/22) and I was given a delivery window of 19:00 - 21:00. It's now 21:35 and nothing has arrived and I've been given no updates. Can you help please? The item is a gift for a poorly 5yr old child

@Specsavers Hello Specsavers team, I hope you are all ok? Is it possible to receive a copy of a current prescription following an eye test by email? It would be so useful to have this

@Neal_UK Thanks Neal. I truly and genuinely appreciate your feedback. I'm currently paying 15.22p/kWh and 27.40p/day standing charge for electric. Tariff ends in 9 days! My new quotes can be seen below. Ovo have just offered me a 1 year exclusive members rate. What do you reckon to these?

@Jaywuk7 As fixed tariffs go, the 3 year fix for existing customers is pretty good. Ignore the 2 year fix! The question is will anything better release in the next few months and could you still get the exclusive rate? Fixed prices were falling a lot but have now gone up a bit again.

Lots still asking me what is the actual price cap rate. So with a BIG caveat that its regionalised, and doesn't quite work like this. Here's the closest answer I can give for direct debit - Gas:   standing charge 26p/day 4p/kWh - Elec:  standing charge 25p/day 21p/kWh

@MartinSLewis For the first time in my adult life I am going to allow my fixed rate tariff expire in 10 days, slide on to the price capped variable tariff and then monitor new fixed rate tariffs over the next few months before the next price cap is announced. See if I can get a reasonable deal

@MartinSLewis I will do right now. I'm absorbing as much as I can. Advice, guidance, learning about next day wholesale prices, the futures market, pipeline issues, wind issues, storage capacity issues, political issues & post Covid demand. It's like playing Russian Roulette or Deal or No Deal

@MartinSLewis Thank you so much. I will try and find them. I'm doing my best to do my homework and to make the right decisions. The energy sector is a minefield to navigate. I'm currently paying 15.22p/kWh and 27.40p/day standing charge for electric. Tariff ends in 10 days! My new quotes...
