There are now 893 young people like me who came from care are homeless. we need homes for all of us care leavers we need stability we need a forever home a safe secure home of our own! government get your hand out of your pocket and start prioritizing us care leavers! #homes4us

The increase in case loads are up to 25 cases or more each individual Aftercare worker. A lot of us young people who have a Aftercare worker they fail to link in with us and help us

The number of young people experiencing homelessness in Ireland continues to increase. 910 young people aged 18-24 in homeless services, & many more hidden homeless. We need a comprehensive strategy to end youth homelessness, and a budget to support it. Now. #endyouthhomelessness

We have to change this. I know @AshcroftBen is doing a fab job with @51moves, but he can't do it all. I have been following @J98Jazzy's story about being 4 years homeless in Ireland after being in Care. I really hope someone there can help.
