@kigen989 @_shugah @kiptooh1 @DCI_Kenya @Safaricom_Care This only happens if the recipient consents to the reversal. On February 6th, I sent 24k to a wrong Coop account. The bank withheld the money. However, the out lady has been playing cat and mouse with the bank. She's now blocked the bank lines.

I have listened to the British Defence Secretary argue passionately at #BBBLauraK about cutting overseas aid to beef up UK defence. This includes enhancing nuclear and weapon manufacturing capabilities. Much as this is a great development, it is important to note that the overseas aid cut has gone with a significant amount meant for global health research. The last time I remember, UK and the rest of the world came to a standstill not because of nuclear weapons but due to COVID-19. It is crucial that building defensive capabilities take seriously threats of biological origin. Funding research in low and middle income countries is one way to stay on top of the game and keep Britain and the whole world safe. @BBCNews @UKLabour @UKParliament @UKgovcomms @UKgovGHS @UKGovNews @Keir_Starmer @UKHSA
