GEO Group, a major private ICE detention contractor, transferred $250,000 in corporate funds to a political committee linked to U.S. Representative @Jim_Jordan shortly after the congressman supported legislation to expand ICE detention.
The contribution, which was mistakenly disclosed in an FEC filing, is facing a complaint from the Campaign Legal Center, which alleges a violation of laws prohibiting federal contractors from making such donations.
