@Bodegabaddogfa Well, it’s totally fine if that’s your opinion.
I guess you are justifying the current trends of ladies roles in relationships and marriages.
English

The way ladies are melting out under this post says a lot about relationships and marriages. Most people are not helpers/partners to their husbands but scavengers and are just having a parasitic relationship.
Crazy times man.

I’m a wife, mother, daughter, sister, professor, business owner & I own some shares in different companies. I work, go home, cook, take care of our kids, I meet Hubstar’s sexual needs & help pay our kids’ car insurance & health insurance. Married 20 years PLUS!
English

@Jboybreezzy @MrsBu_ Most people are not even married, where you reach too far, drive back small to this Junction. They are not married.
English

@ass_of_a_god Well, from the look of things, the Prof clearly stated how “responsible, supportive &thoughtful” her husband his - yet it’s your gender shaming her for choosing to reciprocate part of the goodness in the marriage ( I.e the kids insurance and others). Functional marriage exists!
English

@Jboybreezzy can u men do half of what her husband is doing for her? if her husband was messed up like most African men, do you think she will do all that? x.com/ssentongopeter…
SANTO@ssentongopeter5
I think the rest of the opinions will never affect me. Hence forth. This is all I needed to know functional marriages still exist

FIFA expanded the World Cup from 32 to 48 teams.
UEFA, where Italy and Denmark play, took the biggest share with 16 slots.
Haiti and Curaçao are from CONCACAF, not Europe, and they earned their places by competing in qualification and taking advantage of the expanded field.
The World Cup is not an entitlement cup. Nobody gets in by reputation alone. Everyone has to earn it. Including Italy and Denmark.
FPL Olympian@FPLOlympian
Curacao and Haiti are going to the World Cup. But there’s no room for teams like Italy or Denmark? Game’s gone.

I remember during my university days at Ekiti State University, I had a hostel mate whose parents had to struggle for months, sometimes starving to raise just ₦50K for his tuition.
Whenever he knocked on my door, I already knew it was to ask for garri. So I would often leave a bowl of garri at my doorstep for him. At one point, he drank garri so often that he vomited it.
Fast forward to now, on Sunday, he reached out to me from the United States. He is currently a Proffesor of Physics at Arkansas State University. He reflected on those difficult times, how I used to give him ₦30 for bike transport to and from lectures, how I would take him along to my girlfriend’s hostel so we could eat swallow, egusi spiced with sawa fish together, and how we would go to Ado Market to buy those ₦500 starchy shirts for both of us.
He remembered how I would wake him up for compulsory night classes in the cold Ado nights, and how, when he fell sick, I used my own tuition fee to pay his medical bills, then lied to my mother just to get another one.
He recounted everything… and then sent me ₦500K “to buy some green bottles.” And that’s just a fraction of what he has done for me in recent times.
Never look down on anyone. Today’s struggle can become tomorrow’s success story. I think kindness is an investment that never loses value.

READ. JUST READ
This is precisely why we advocate our young should read more, TikTok videos and Instagram skits will not force knowledge into the brain or intelligence into the mind. If anything, they accelerate the evacuation of whatever gray matter remains upstairs. Get a book. Open it. Actually read it.
First of all:
Refusing or expelling ambassadors is a routine diplomatic instrument, as old and as unremarkable as the profession of diplomacy itself.
But before I present a catalogue of cases where ambassadors were not merely refused but fully expelled from their host nations - which is a considerably more severe verdict than a delayed acceptance - let me establish one foundational fact. One that renders whatever you posted up there, which you intended as cruise, entirely useless.
The countries that reportedly declined or hesitated to receive certain Nigerian ambassadorial nominees did so on the basis of standard diplomatic policy - specifically, the requirement of a minimum remaining tenure for the sending government.
It has nothing to do with the President's reputation, the nominees' character, or any stain on anybody's passport. This is not classified intelligence. It is not buried in any archive. It is simply information - available to anyone whose desire to learn outweighs their eagerness to catch cruise.
Second of all:
1. In 2008, Bolivia expelled the US ambassador, Phillip Goldberg.
2. In 2018, Britain expelled 28 Russian diplomats.
3. In 2011, Turkey expelled Israels Ambassador,
4. And more recently the United States expelled South Africa's Ambassador, Ebrahim Rasool and declared him persona non grata.
5. And more analogous to Nigeria's situation - in 2014, the US refused Iran's UN nominee, Hamid Aboutalebi, outright.
How many more instances should we present?
The evidence does not lack. The reading does.

Until Bola Tinubu snatched power, I never knew countries could reject ambassador nominees appointed by a President. Walahi, this guy is a stain on our passport! 🤧😭

What is this household chores that you people are painting as rocket science?
Cooking the food you and your family would eat? Cleaning your house? Showering and dressing your kids? Groceries shopping?
You people are just clowns. Normal human beings enjoy doing these for their family. Normal human beings are happy investing all their income to the family. You people are too dark at heart.

Even the people dressing up in stolen army uniforms to rob and kill others, will open a twitter account to say Nigeria is not safe.
A yahoo boy sending scam emails all night to unsuspecting victims will say Nigerians are not respected globally.
A pastor exploiting his gullible church members will say we have bad leadership. Everyone is to blame in Nigeria, except the corrupt, evil & fraudulent Nigerian.
Report criminals in your midst. They are your brothers, sisters, neighbors & associates. Government alone is not responsible!
