It has been a long journey since we first uncovered defective translation in cancer upon amino acid shortage in 2019 and today where we have been finally able to target cancer cells by adoptive T cell therapy against those aberrant peptides.

Hopefully more T cell Receptor will be identified and more clinical applications will follow. A big thanks to the all Agami Lab and to our collaborators and fundings that have been essential to achieve this work. @JOlweus @oncodeinstitute @NKI_nl
