@Shawridgefarm Briskets are a bit tricky but are addictive to cook. Time is key here. If the recipe says 10 hours take 10 hours not just when the internal temp goes high enough. If it’s tough and still moist you should keep cooking. If it’s tough and dry you’ve gone too far haha

My takeaways from #swac20 1. There are lots of awesome ppl in this ag biz...lots of friends to meet/make and learn from. 2. Don’t wait till a funeral to figure family things out. 3. It’s alright not to be alright......seek help. 4. Keep an open mind, never quit learning.
