Beane has repeatedly said that he doesn’t see a lot of starting-caliber talent in this draft, and is acting in accordance with that by prioritizing strong depth at positions we need help in. It’s not been a great draft, but nowhere near as bad as people seem to be implying. 6/10.

@ZbotTweets Beane repeatedly said that he likes the depth but doesn’t see a lot of day 1 starting caliber guys in this class. I don’t think this should be a surprise with that context in mind.

Everyone has seen this game from TJ Parker vs Pitt, but I like how Parker adjusted his plans as the game went on.

Like the Parker pick, solid player even if he’s probably not going to be a 15 sack guy or anything. Chubb isn’t a sure thing and there’s nothing else in that room beyond Rousseau. Igbinosun I’m less excited about. CB a slept on need but we could’ve waited there, risky player too.

@BuffCommander I wouldn’t be a huge fan but think it’s more plausible than most might think. Would play LG + swing tackle for a year or two and then replace Dawkins at LT. If they see the talent of a top 10 pick here (some may, opinions will be very split) - then it would make sense for them.

Couple things I’m throwing around:
- Fano = Linderbaum replacement
- Malachi Lawrence sneaks into the first round
- Tate isn’t my WR1, but it looks like he’ll be the first WR off the board.

@DeanTrombino @maxstraps_ @Frozensodaytl Not really. They’re pretty high on Anderson, imagine he’s being slated to step in. Could see mid round depth but the name of the game at OL has been small to intermediate investment to plug holes.

@TheoAshNFL No he’s not. He’s getting 14.5, Paye is getting 16. If Chubb hits his incentives and does get to the 17.5 max value then he’s probably worth what we’re paying him anyways - making it once again not the worst deal of FA.

@TheoAshNFL Been healthy beyond a torn ACL in recent years, 12.2% pressure rate in 2025, great fit for Leonhard’s defense. I think calling it the worst signing of the offseason is crazy, I don’t even think it’s the worst edge rusher signing
