When she didn’t arrive, they called her, no answer. That wasn’t like her, she always let them know if she was running late. Alarmed, they went straight to the police and searches began. The next morning, around 50 of her friends joined the effort. Then came the horror, a body was found partially buried in the woods, one arm sticking out of the ground. It was Philippine. The autopsy left no doubt, she had been brutally beaten, raped, and then strangled to death by asphyxiation. Security cameras captured the suspect, a man with a ponytail, around 1.80m tall, seen using Philippine’s bank card at an ATM. He has been identified as Taha O., a Moroccan national already convicted in 2019 for raping another French girl. He wasn’t even supposed to be in France, he had an active deportation order. He was arrested at Geneva train station while attempting to flee. He was extradited to France, where he has been charged with repeat-offense rape and murder, as well as theft, and is currently being held in pre-trial detention awaiting trial. He faces a possible life sentence.

Thirty years ago foreign-born staff barely existed in teaching hospital leadership. Today they are 20–25% of faculty and 50–80% of residents in many programs. The progression is easy to understand: Lower-tier hospitals fill gaps with IMGs. Resident classes shift heavily foreign. Junior faculty reflect that. Over time they become program directors and chairs. The system starts to normalize fast-track foreign paths because the people running it came through them. They show a deliberate hiring preference for foreign born over American. It is a gradual takeover when dealing with cultures that find it more offensive to not hire their own than to play by the rules. It is incentives stacking perfectly, lower cost, higher compliance, self-reinforcing pipeline. American-trained talent gets bottlenecked while the gatekeepers change.

Facebook is firing Americans, hiring H-1B's, funding the far left, but if you don't want them to have an infinite data center, then you support China. That really is the slop being pushed right now, in some cases people are being paid to post it.
