ከባድ ድብደባ የፈፀመው ዘፋኝ በ 300 ብር ተቀጣ! ከዚህ በፊት አህመድ ሁሴን ወይም ማንጁስ የሚባለው ዘፋኝ አንድ ሴት ላይ የመድፈር ሙከራና ከባድ የድብደባ ወንጀል መፈፀሙና አንዲትም ቀን ሳይታሰር እንደቀረ፥ ከዚያም ባለፈ ያለአግባብ የወንጀሉን እርከን ዝቅ በማድረግ ጉዳዩ ለፍርድቤት እንደቀረበ ፅፌ ነበር። አሁን ሽንት መንገድ ላይ ሸናችሁ ብሎ በሺ ብሮች የሚቀጣው ፍርድ ቤት ይህንን ደፋሪና ጨካኝ ደብዳቢ በኢትዮጵያ 300 (ሶስት መቶ ብር) ብቻ በመቅጣት በነፃ አሰናብቶታል። ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የሴቶች ጥቃት የማይቆምበት ብቸኛ ምክኒያት በሙስና የተጨማለቁ ህግ አስከባሪዎች ስላሉ ብቻ ነው። ማንጁስ የተባለው ዘፋኝ ተደጋጋሚ ወንጀሎች በመፈፀም የሚታማ ብዙ ሴቶችም ጥያቄ የሚያቀርቡበት ሰው ነው። ነገር ግን ተደፈርኩ ወይም ከባድ አካላዊ ጥቃት ተፈፀመብኝ ብላ የሄደችን ሴት በተለመደ መልኩ ከሙሰኛ ፖሊሶች ጋር በመመሳጠር በማፈን ጉዳዩን ያድበሰብሳል፣ ካልሆነ ከፍተኛ የማስፈራራት ስራ ይሰራል፣ እሱ ካልተሳካለት ደግሞ ሽማግሌዎች በመላክ ነገሩን ለመፍታት ይሞክራል ወዘተ። ከዚህ ሁሉ ታልፎ ነገሩ ፍርድቤት ከደረሰም በዚህ መልኩ ለተጎጂዎቹ “ስድብ” የሆነ አሳፋሪ ፍርድ ተሰጥቶ ነገሩ ይጠናቀቃል። ይህንን ፍርድ የሰጣችሁ ዳኞች ግን ሴት ልጆች አሏችሁ? እህቶች አሏችሁ? እናትስ አላችሁ? መድፈሩ ይቅር በሚታይ ማስረጃ ፊቷን እንደዚያ ቀጥቅጦና ከመኪና ገፍትሮ ሜዳ ላይ ሲጥላት ሰውነቷ በዚያ ልክ የተጋጋጠን ሴት እያያችሁ ይህንን አረመኔ በ 300 ብር ቅጣት በነፃ ማሰናበቱን እንዴት ህሊናችሁ ተቀበለው? እሺ የሚጠይቃችሁ እናንተም የምትፈሩት የበላይ አካል አይኑር፣ ህሊናችሁን አትፈሩም ወይ? ይህንን አካይስት አረመኔ ሰው በሶስት መቶ ብር ለቅቃችሁ እንቅልፍ ትተኛላችሁ ወይ? ፍትህስ እንደይሁዳ በሶስት መቶ ብር ትሸጣለች ወይ? ማንጁስ ተጎጂዋን በእጮኛውና በብዙ ሰዎች በኩል ሲያስፈራራትና ሲያሳቅቃት ከርሟል። ጭራሽ ምንም አታመጪም እያሉ ክለብ ውስጥ ከሱ ጋር የተነሱትን ፎቶዎች ከክለቦቹ ባለቤቶች ጋር ተመሳጥረው እያወጡና ተደፈርኩ ብትይም ማንም አያምንሽም በማለት እስከትናንትና ድረስ በተለያየ ስልክ ሲዝቱባት ቆይተዋል። ሁሉም በማስረጃ ተይዟል። ጉዳዩንም እስከመጨረሻው ድረስ ይዘን ለመሄድ ቆርጠናል። ህግ በዚህ ደረጃ እርቃኗን ቆማ፣ ደፋሪና ደብዳቢ በሶስት መቶ ብር ቅጣት ተለቆ ተደፋሪና ተደብዳቢ ሞራሉ ተነክቶና ተቀልዶበት ነገሮች ተድበስብሰው የሚያልፉበት ሁኔታ አይኖርም። ሃላፊነት ከሚሰማቸው የህግ አካላት ጋር በደምብ እንሰራበታለን። ተደብዳቢዋ መጀመሪያ ሄዳ ጥቃቱን ካመለከተችበት ፖሊስ ጣቢያ ጀምሮ ይህ ጉዳይ ዳግም ሊጣራ ይገባዋልና በዚች እህታችን ላይ የተፈፀመውን ኢፍትሃዊነት ለሌሎች መቀጣጫ እስከሚሆን ድረስ አንተወውም። ከሁሉም ነገር የገረመኝ ግን ሴቶች ጉዳይ የሚባለው ቢሮ ባለፈው አስጌ ደንደሾ በመባል የሚታወቀው ዘፋኝ የሆነ ነገር ተናገረ ብሎ ረዥም መግለጫ ማውጣቱ ትዝ ይለኛል። አሁን ፍትህ በ 300 ብር ስትሸቀጥ ለምን ይሆን ዝም ያለው? እጅግ አሳፋሪ ነው።

Good meeting this morning with @Dr_JeanKaseya, Director General of Africa CDC, during which we discussed a range of priorities, including the new responsibility entrusted to me as the African Union Champion for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health. Innovation remains a bedrock of Africa’s progress. As we navigate evolving health challenges, harnessing the power of AI and digital technologies will be essential to strengthening our health systems, expanding access, and delivering better outcomes for our people. Ethiopia remains committed to sharing its experience across the continent and forging strong partnerships to effectively adapt to a rapidly evolving technological landscape. I look forward to working closely with Africa CDC and partners across the continent to translate this vision into tangible, inclusive impact.

A culture shift in the overall national delivery of services is required. As part of our five development pillars, we have embraced technology as an enabler in the service sector to improve efficiency and accessibility. Only recently have we begun implementing a one-stop center approach to service delivery. However, the level of satisfaction achieved through MESOB services clearly demonstrates the value of this model, underscoring the need for further expansion. The launch of the MESOB mobile service today is a clear reflection of this continued progress. We will continue to expand these integrated services to ensure more efficient use of time and to deliver meaningful time savings for our citizens.

This morning, I received the European Union Commissioner for International Partnerships, Mr. Josef Šíkela, with whom I discussed our longstanding cooperation with the European Union.

This morning, we begin the third 100-day review of government performance for the past year alongside a comprehensive assessment of the past nine months. We have moved away from an economy once characterized by a weak institutional and political framework that was not conducive to growth, limited private sector participation, and an ineffective regulatory environment. The private sector itself faced low competitiveness, while numerous state-owned enterprises operated inefficiently, burdened by high levels of debt. Productivity remained low, and the economy was highly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change. In response, we have adopted a new, pragmatic political economy approach. This shift has enabled the achievement of strong, double-digit growth momentum. Currently, the economy is growing at 9.2%, and we expect this to rise to 10.2% in the coming year. Sectorally, we are advancing targeted growth objectives: 7.9% in agriculture, 13.2% in industry, and 9.3% in services. These efforts reflect our commitment to building a more resilient, competitive, and inclusive economy.
