Evidence was submitted to CPS which did not press charges.

I was successful at the High Court in the costs hearing. I am owed £20K on account to be paid within 28 days on an interim basis (approximately 40% of my costs).
I will now consider enforcement proceedings. I am quite pleased with the outcome of today.

I think she has the right to feel however she does, even request rota changes if she feels strongly enough, I don’t believe she has the right to harass other staff on the basis of protected characteristics.

She followed the rules as set out at the time, she was never found to have acted inappropriately, and by all accounts was a competent and respected resident

@WitchyMcWitch @Jeeveso2 @datadriven_tdoc Well as the judge said in the case NHS Fife were lawful in their giving of permission to Dr Upton to use the changing room post-transition, that is the current legal precedent.

@DrJessTaylor Awful if true. I'm skeptical about some of it. Most people who live their lives online - influencers etc - cop horrendous abuse daily. It sucks but we'd have to shut down the entire internet to stop it. I'm not sure tattle is any different to X, insta or reddit in that regard

Why hasn’t @Ofcom taken this down? They met with victims of Tattle Life in September and were warned then about the horrendous illegal content on this website in front of MPs. I was there. Now a young girl has taken her own life.
