We recieved some rain yesterday along with a cool front. It feels so nice out! Great workout this morning listening to the audiobook, Secret of Secrets by Dan Brown. I enjoy checking out audiobooks from my local library. What are you reading/listening to? Have a great day!

7.3 miles on the treadmill! It wasn't a bad run physically. I kept a nice pace. Mentally, this was a grind. It felt like forever. I forgot my headphones at home, so I really had to dig deep. It's done and I'm glad. Happy Wednesday!
