When I started to put together the Pidgin channel I was just but proof verified there was nothing I could do with that role So back then I just came in to motivate and support my fellow people When i finally got my first role Which was L1, I became more intentional about putting us together I saw how scattered the channel was and how divided we are and that alone was enough to make us not standout as much But slow and steady I was able to put things together Even though I had to keep disturbing one of our L2 members then to always help me verify members that were due for verification Cus then I couldn't with my role. But slowly we became more intentional as a community and we progressed Yes we never had an official lead But I was the lead there even though not authorised In actuality anybody can still help them with or without official roles Even though there wasn't much to do from my power But most of them Got their roles by sticking to the paths I laid for them And also most of them are eligible for something they never expected Because they had no roles and some no testnet access hence the lost hope They are grateful as to thy supported each other and helped each other grow I remember vicx will come every night to host a gain train fir the community as well So they help support each others post What I'm saying is we could be way more better if we are helpful to our respective brothers/sisters No Community commands growth more than a community standing strong as one Everybody will recommend everybody In Succinct I am proud that most Nigerians that indeed worked are happy moving on to greater heights We have work to do outside this picture Hopefully we get better And learn to b more supportive Let's learn to uplift others as we move up Victory is best celebrated together than alone Nothing beats the fulfillment of people thanking u for impacting their lives one way or the other After all everything begins at home

if I was a big account from a different demography like Korea,china or Vietnam, i would have bagged most of the roles on succinct discord. Nigerians had no regional leads on succinct discord and most roles were given through recommendations. Almost everybody in the Korean demograph had all the roles cause they kept recommending one another (regional leaders). This means we have a lot of work to do when it comes to contributing and supporting one another in this demography (content style, attitude wise etc) I don’t think we are up for this discussion thou cus most people will think I’m fudding

Last thing I'd like to say about @SuccinctLabs. I hope so, it'd be hard cos of how much I loved them. I saw some posts from many small accounts and it got me so sad. I wanna say a big FvCK YOU to them. When you win huge, you always have a lot to say. Celebrate your wins, that's very okay, you worked for it. I'll definitely do the same. You're going overboard when you start shitting on genuine testers cos you got favoured more than them. Fvck you bro. I truly mean it. Tf do you mean by “they only show up to play games just for 5 minutes once a week”? The premise of @SuccinctLabs testnet was 95% gamified. We literally praised them throughout the testnet cos of this approach. Tell me I'm wrong if Ogun won't strike you down this week. Just because you want to please your masters, you started badmouthing testers that gave everything, stage 1 and 2, including socials, no sleep. We're all the same, big accounts and small accounts, the only difference is opportunities. Y'all would do worse if you're a big account. I think you guys should now give our influencers some slack cos we're all the same. We were all clamouring for testers to get what they deserve, now you got a piece of the cake and then started shitting on the same testers. Reward the contributors more, that's a given, they deserve it. But giving out 20 $PROVE to testers is for what exactly? They spent 6 months for $10? To make matters worse, just 24k users!!! I remember posting about how these stars would be useless and meaningless on the last day of the testnet with that last multiplier. This is even worse than eclipse cos they rewarded every tester that showed up and at the same time their OGs. Shalom

They had every opportunity to make everyone satisfied… using something like linear methods to share allo would’ve still worked, I mean stars are counted for a reason, it’s ok to allocate more to roles or grinders but just don’t push your Testnet users to one side lik they don’t matter… Makes no sense
