@JeffHooper24784 No, it isn't JUST the Sun responsible for the current warming trend. But then it isn't due to humans producing 4.13% of CO2 emissions either. Solar activity (TSI) is the only source of energy powerful enough to influence the climate in any meaningful way, as records show.

Looking at ice core data retrieved from Greenland (GISP2) & Antarctica (Byrd) covering the last 100K years, it becomes immediately obvious that our ever changing climate has been exactly that: ever-changing. And all happening without any input from humans burning fossil fuels.
