I order my steak medium well. Today, a restaurant mistakenly brought me a medium-rare steak. Took one bite. What is wrong with people that eat steak like that? Beef bubble gum? I swear that cow was alive 5 minutes before I took a bite. Ain't nothing right about that!!! Just a little bit of pink - best steak!

@jeffhunt I “cook” mine very rare 😂 but in a restaurant I’d eat whatever they brought out. I like them about a 1 1/2” thick cut real hot pan almost 2 min per side with some butter. Let rest 4 min perfect 👌

The parent company of Fox31 will acquire the parent company of 9News. My guess is that Kyle Clark is about to lose his job. His pride won't allow him to take a broadcasting position where he plays second fiddle. He's always been a progressive activist. I think he'll go the direction of Don Lemon and try to build his own show on his social medias.
