The gold disappeared around the time NATO intervened in Libya, with Western forces allegedly seizing it under the pretext of targeting “weapons of mass destruction.” Additionally, more than $150 billion in Libya’s foreign reserves vanished during the conflict funds believed to have been diverted abroad, all in the name of promoting democracy and removing a dictator.

You’re missing the point. It doesn’t matter what Kimmel said. The federal government threatened ABC to suspend/fire Kimmel or there’d be consequences. It was a direct threat issued yesterday, it’s on tape, just hours before ABC suspended him. That’s a direct violation of the First Amendment. It’s a direct attack on free speech.
