Once again, you're distorting reality. First of all, the motion to dismiss the charges against Concord came from the DOJ under Bill Barr (who was indeed appointed by Trump). But the reasons they actually gave in court weren't that the case was "so flimsy it couldn’t withstand even minimal scrutiny." They cited two main things, that Concord was abusing the discovery process for information warfare by leaking materials, ignoring subpoenas, and submitting misleading declarations, while also being a Russian shell company with no real punishment possible even if convicted. And two, there were issues with the level of classification of the information that needed to be presented to a jury during a trial. The Russian interference is an absolute fact that has been investigated and proven time & time again. Read the Senate Intelligence Committee's report written by Marco Rubio himself. The debate has always been about the scale, impact, and whether the Trump campaign colluded. Which they didn't. THAT is the false piece, not that there was Russian interference. There was a massive and aggressive influence operation. Stop lying

One of the defendants did show up and started pushing back, and suddenly the whole strategy fell apart. At that point, the DOJ had to beat a retreat from a case so flimsy it couldn’t withstand even minimal scrutiny, because it was never real, just a hollow accusation dressed up for headlines.
