lol. Yeah after multiple attempts by email and multiple discord posts to try and resolve it. I didn't ask to be refunded fully all I asked was to switch to a monthly account not annual and they ignored it until after i filed a dispute with my bank over the transaction. They are only refunding it because they don't want problems with banks disputing transactions and the headache of bad PR. They were perfectly happy to ignore me when they thought they could get away with it ----->

@JoeDotAverage So true. And a total disregard to the fact the film is a short and not a feature.

@machina9000 I’m not knocking it. I think it’s incredible. Just tired of watching action without context.

I never thought I’d get bored of watching huge action/AI/VFX scenes. But thankfully Seedance 2.0 has made it so accessible it’s going to force everyone to start telling real stories, with captivating characters and stop hiding behind the spectacle, for which am also guilty of. This is really good for film in general, as well as for us, the AI crowd. Always evolving.

@ChrisGwinnLA @JeffSynthesized Hopefully this is the beginning of a niche opening up, character driven pieces made easy by these tools could start pulling real audiences before the algorithm fully catches on

@JeffSynthesized That said, I think AI, if driven by real performers for narrative parts of the film will be good. Motion control is the best I've seen so far, but it's limited. Something like Luma is trying to do is the way forward I think. It's actors and V2V

@JeffSynthesized I already got bored of them many years ago (culminating in extreme boredom triggered by Endgame), so this can't come soon enough as far as I'm concerned 😅

@JeffSynthesized It just sucks that all the popular Western social media platforms punish longer form content. My 1 minute+ shorts with actual narratives get a fraction of the views that my 15-30 second clips get - I'm sure this is true for most folks who don't have large numbers of followers.

@JeffSynthesized Yeah, one of the most exciting things about the AI video advancements is the narrative potential. Right now we’re still kind of in the “oooooo shiny!” stage.

@JeffSynthesized Just wish there was a suitable platform for shorts, this one can swallow up and spit out anything in 24 hours.

Micro Dramas in minutes, Seedance 2.0. Seedance 2.0 API is a money making machine! Micro drama parody was created in one generation. Every version the model produced looked great. It is actually difficult to choose between them because the variations are consistently strong. The lip sync is fully natural and the cuts you see were handled directly by Seedance. The shot flow, timing, and pacing are coming straight out of the generation process, which is remarkable for narrative micro drama production. If you are making short dramatic content, this changes the economics. You can produce micro dramas quickly, test ideas faster, and scale output without spending hours trying to stitch together clips from multiple systems. If you need REAL API access to Seedance 2.0 or are exploring it seriously, feel free to connect or message me and I will connect you directly with the ByteDance API Team. We’ve seen the drama with Seedance’s release and the back and forth revocations. In many cases it requires VPNs, region locks, and workarounds that are not sustainable long term. Talking directly to the team behind the models is the right path if you are building anything serious. My experience working with ByteDance so far has been very positive. Strong support and a clear effort to help creators and studios integrate the system properly. One thing I have noticed while using it in real production is that Seedance is often misunderstood when people compare pricing or generation counts. In practice, it behaves much more like a cinematography engine than a simple clip generator. In my workflow, it has become one of the tools I am comfortable placing alongside the top models in terms of quality. The visual consistency, camera movement, and the way it handles multi shot sequences fit naturally into a production pipeline instead of feeling like isolated clips that need heavy patchwork afterward. Where it really surprised me is the native audio. The native voice and sound generation are genuinely impressive. When you are building narrative scenes, that changes the workflow in a meaningful way. Fewer steps, fewer tools, and a process that feels closer to filmmaking rather than stitching together fragments across multiple systems. Something else I have learned while integrating these tools is that they work best when used at the right moments in the pipeline. Not every shot needs the same system. What is working well for me is a hybrid approach: • Higher cinematic models for hero shots and dialogue scenes • Other models for coverage, extensions, or transitions • Bringing everything together in post When you approach it this way, the cost, time, and output quality start to line up. From my experience so far, this has been one of the most useful tools available right now. It has saved me a significant amount of time in production and has quickly become something I rely on regularly. Wolf Mike Mozart, message me.
