Buccos are bad at hitting in general (except Lowe) but they may be even worse at situational hitting where you can get credit for productive outs. It’s just looks like a club without a clue.

Don’t overlook this Buccos loss. You can question the bullpen decision but those guys were taxed come the 11th. This game boiled down to not getting a big hit. Team had no slug today. First team to homer won.

Don Kelly has to set a tone here with Oneil Cruz. I can understand not pulling him immediately yesterday, especially because you’re more worried about Skenes and the bullpen, but I’d start Mangham in CF for the rest of the series. Cruz can try again on Monday in Cincy.
