Ballgame. Orioles beat the Pirates 5-2, after the Pirates fell into an early 5-0 hole. Konnor Griffin came up as the tying run in the ninth, but flew out to end the game. Mike Clevinger (1 H, 2 ER, 4 Ks) and Hunter Barco (2 H, 0 R, 3 Ks) both pitched two innings in relief.

There’s a clear difference in philosophy here. This wasn’t built to be replaced. It was built to work.
