@JeffPassan I would love to see stats after the season on the umps vs ABS. I’d take a bet that CB will be the worst ump in the league for over turned calls. If the redsox hadn’t of used their’s early it would have had another 4-5 pitches called strikes in that game to have over turned.

There are moments that offer a pretty good sense that something new is going to work. This feels like one for ABS. The Cincinnati crowd’s reaction was thunderous. And the situation itself — twice it salvaged a bases-loaded opportunity. This system plays.

@Jeffboots @Real_Bruins It does absolutely nothing for AHL playoffs eligibility. If he signs his ELC, Hagens will be ineligible to be loaned to the AHL. The only way Hagens could finish the year by playing in the AHL playoffs is by not signing his ELC

Do people really think Sweeney's plan is to put Hagens in Providence and leave him there for years? I can't sometimes with the comments out here. Have a little patience. Its not like adding him wins a cup this year. #nhlbruins

I remember talking to Torey Krug, who is one of the guys when I signed in Providence, and talking to him, and he had spent some time there. So I remember how much it meant to me. And I saw last night late that he signed, and I just wanted to flip him a message to wish him all the best. And I told him hopefully we'll see him soon."
