💥🧑‍🎓 Announcing: Lenny’s Newsletter Fellowship Program I’m launching a three-month fellowship program, and applications are now open. What it is: Work alongside me to learn how I do what I do, share your unique knowledge with the world (through guest posts), and jump-start (or simply explore) a newsletter/podcast career. Why: The best operators in the world are too busy doing real work to have time to write publicly or explore the newsletter or podcast life. I want to create a low-risk, low-friction way for you to unlock the knowledge in your head while benefiting the next generation of product builders and helping you explore the solopreneur path. How it works: This is a paid fellowship lasting three months (you’ll be paid $30,000), limited to three people, beginning in July (although timing is flexible). We’ll collaborate on guest posts and the podcast (and anything else that interests you), and you’ll leave with published content and a pre-built audience. Expect to spend 5 to 10 hours per week during the fellowship, all async and remote; location doesn’t matter. This is my first time doing this, so we’ll all learn as we go! See link below to learn more about the ideal applicant, the expertise I’m most looking for, and other logistics 👇

Announcement! It's the official launch day of 🧩Life's a Game: The Masterclass. I’ve spent the last few months condensing 20 years of training with top productivity experts, being coached by Harvard trained coaches as well as years of cognitive behavioral therapy into a concise and actionable 3 hour course to help you level up your approach to life. There is a lot of WHAT to do out there…everyone is telling you to do MORE, be MORE, have MORE. But this course is about less. Less of feeling stuck. Less distractions. Less noise. Less imposter syndrome. Less wasted time and energy. So…..who did I build this for? I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about this and have narrowed it down to 5 categories of people: ➡ ️Burnt-out Builders Those with big goals but empty tanks looking to plan & prioritize better. ➡️ Out of Alignment Highly ambitious people feeling out of alignment and looking for a new spark to catch fire. ➡️ The Information Overloaded Those struggling to focus and build momentum on the most important work. ➡️ The Imbalanced Those great at succeeding in one area of life but failing in other areas looking to balance and build out the other pillars of life. ➡️ The Glass Jugglers Those keeping a lot of balls in the air but starting to drop some and miss deadlines and it’s starting to get dangerous. Over 200 people have already tested the course content to ensure it has everything you need to build momentum without burning out. Here's what you can expect: Module 1 → Gaining Clarity Begin your transformative journey by defining your life's direction. This module helps you align your actions with your core values, creating a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Module 2 → Setting Goals Translate your vision into actionable goals. This module focuses on setting effective objectives and key results, incorporating a practical system for regular self-assessment. Module 3 → Limiting Beliefs Overcome the common mental barriers that block your success. Learn to recognize and reframe limiting beliefs, enhancing your motivation, creativity, and opportunities. Module 4 → Ambition vs. Contentment Discover how to balance your drive with a sense of contentment. This module teaches you to appreciate your current achievements while pursuing future goals. Module 5 → Micro: The External Enhance your focus and productivity by mastering external factors. Learn practical exercises to minimize distractions and optimize your environment for peak performance. Module 6 → Planning & Prioritization Develop skills for effective planning and prioritization. Understand mental blocks to planning, use the Eisenhower Matrix for task management, and tailor your weekly tasks to align with your goals. Module 7 → Chief Time Officer Master the art of time management. Learn strategies to manage cognitive overload, multitasking, and calendar management, helping you reclaim up to 20 hours per week. + 2 Bonus Modules! Get it now!! Open for the next week (first 100 will get a special surprise in the mail!) amandagoetz.com/masterclass

We don't need to be in the same place every day to bond and excel. 110 studies, 45k people: more time working remotely predicts slightly higher satisfaction & performance ratings—without relationship costs. The motivation benefits of flexibility outweigh the isolation risks.

we’re raised to think that “intelligence” means being able to answer questions on a test, but maybe the real purpose of education should be to instill curiosity, a delight in the world, a voracious enthusiasm.
