@BuzzPatterson I’ve lived in Reno for 20 years! It’s perfect. Tons of outdoor activities, close to Tahoe. Ski all winter and drive over the hill to CA to sit on the beach in the summer. Tons of Californians are fleeing and heading to Reno which has really raised housing prices.

Any peeps live on the Reno area? Either burbs or downtown? What are your thoughts about living there?
