This is absolutely disgusting. Amber was only 20 years old. Just starting her career. Just stepping into the trades, just wanting to learn. She deserved so much better than what the world gave her. I remember being that age- new to the trades, wanting to prove myself. Not feeling safe at work at times but staying quiet to avoid judgement. There are a lot of good people in this industry, but scumbags like this usually prove themselves early on. I read Amber spoke up multiple times before this pos took her life. He was twice her age, he took her life on the job with a sledgehammer while her head was down because he “didn’t like her.” I don’t work in the field anymore, but a lot of my friends and fellow trades women still do. Stay safe out there. Look out for your brothers and sisters. Rest in peace Amber. Prayers for the family. #amberczech
