@EE They just said there was no transaction number? That it was a problem with their system. So I either had to make payment again or ask for a refund and then redo the order! No apology, nothing 🤷♀️
@EE hi EE! Can I speak to someone please re. upgrade? I've paid 250 quid to upgrade...all gone through..then today been contacted to say it hasn't been given a transaction number so can't be processed. Sounds like a you problem, EE! Help please. I called and no luck, thanks
@EE I've tried and it said a 2 hour 40 minute wait...so I called and spoke to someone from digital support team..he wasn't great to be honest and didn't help.... 🙏
