At mums earlier and she made me sausage in onion gravy with mash and veg, my knife and fork looked like Edward ScissorHands fingers in full flow She said “No one going to steal it you know” I inhaled it and it was delicious 😍😍 Pictures about 5 minutes apart

@Ford_Nick On one hand,whats leftover bacon? On the other is so versatile. I make bacon chicken mayo butties,bacon egg mayo butties ,put on/in pasta dishes or chucked on casseroles. Or just scoff it as a snack.😋😋

Today's run wasn't the best. Chest infection has left its mark. I feel better but just couldn't get my breath. More walking than I'd like,but persevered and did the 3 miles I set out for. Knee is holding so 10k distance is finally back in sight.
