Wee update… They did cancel my order and partially refunded for my inconvenience then a full refund later. On a positive note, managed to buy one on eBay that was here within a matter of days so wee one is delighted as it was a much wanted Christmas gift.

@The_Oodie Disgraceful customer service! Ordered a child’s Oodie as a Christmas present on 6/11/24 and it has never shipped. Emailed and have waited 8 business days but no response! Yet you have had the cheek to constantly send emails advertising holiday gifts?! 😡

@markonarant @xCykrix @The_Oodie That’s rather convenient for them…so no chance of it arriving for Christmas. I thought I would be organised ordering at the start of November. I got 1 of the 2 items ordered but the one I need for next week hasn’t even been packed yet!

@xCykrix @JennWil87 @The_Oodie 2-3 business days for delivery and Christmas cutoff date of the 19th was still on their site until yesterday. Also note their 'boxing day sales' has prices higher than pre-christmas.

@xCykrix @The_Oodie Such a shame you’re facing this too! Absolutely disgraceful customer service with even the fact they’re repeating false claims that they’ll be in contact within 8-10 business days. From what I can see online this seems to be an annual problem and still nothing done to correct.

@JennWil87 @The_Oodie Exact same for me. It's been 10 days and I heard nothing. Do better @The_Oodie. This is far beyond unacceptable for a vendor even at Christmas. There are at least a hundred reports of issues in November. What the hell is happening? Update us and investigate.
