@The_Oodie Utterly shocking service! I’ve been waiting on a Christmas present order shipping since 6/11/24! I’ve had to wait over 8 business days for a response from your email and still nothing yet you continue to advertise your products and sales?!
@The_Oodie I ordered my Mum’s Christmas present from you on 11th November. It was on 13th Nov and it still hasn’t arrived. Over the last month I’ve tried to contact your customer services with no reply and now my mum has no Christmas present - is there someone that can help?
@molliehawkess@yoshiyosh1991@The_Oodie I would start looking for an alternative because they responded to me today about an order I placed in November and they just cancelled my order saying they oversold products. The items I ordered are still selling on the website as available as I type this… Ridiculous!
@yoshiyosh1991@The_Oodie I placed an order on the 9th December and concerned that I've not had any update when shipping is suppose to be 2-3 business days... come to twitter to find pretty much everybody is having issues at the moment...

The reason you have a high volume of enquiries is because you aren’t sending out the orders that are already paid for.
It’s not rocket science.
@ashlingdh@The_Oodie I would try source it elsewhere… I’m sure someone else has something similar! I have 4 Oodies ordered for Christmas and no sign of them being delivered anytime soon… If even!

I have given them my money already and they haven’t for filled their side of the agreement and I’m livid at their reply, although having seen the amount of complaints about them I’m not surprised

@The_Oodie this is starting to feel like a scam… I ordered 4 Oodies and there has been no shipping or anything, the only email I received was confirmation of my order. Why are we paying when you aren’t fulfilling orders??

@Vodacom this is what people with ethics do. They give you an option to not participate..... You guys and your @VodaPay are abusive. How do you spam your clients every single day? EVERYDAY??? And no option to opt out? I don't want vodapay largly because of your SPAM! @$$HOLES.
@theCIPC I think the emails have gotten confused with the company de-registrations… I received someone else’s confirmation of deregistration despite their email address being on the letter…

Please do the following on your device:
1. Switch your device off/on to refresh the sim card and device.
2. Do a manual Network selection and choose a different network. You will receive an error.
3. Repeat the process and then choose Vodacom.
