Something I love about strong school culture: it builds capacity… capacity to adapt and to grow. We don’t know what the future holds, and we can’t always predict what our students will need. But the right school culture will make it possible for us to rise to the challenge.

Teachers can't "flip a switch" and turn their Teacher brain off when they are at home. Teaching is life-consuming! Unlike other professions, Teaching is more than mental, but Heart work! Kids stay on your Heart and Mind at all times! You can't turn it off! It's who you are!
