Had I got letter within 35 days rejecting my appeal, I would have paid the £60. Please amend, and I will pay.

@JennieSimms @Eurocarparks_CS @LBHounslow @TreatyCentre Go to the staff at Hounslow treaty centre and ask them to cancel for you. They will check for proof of purchase or bank transaction and they will check if this is your first PCN. If there's no problem, they will cancel for you.

@Eurocarparkhelp @Eurocarparks_CS @LBHounslow @TreatyCentre I got final notice on 24th October, saying full payment required. The discounted amount is no longer valid. Had you responded to my appeal declining, I would have just paid the reduced amount, but I have been waiting for your response.

When I made the appeal online, I got an automated response straight away confirming receipt, which stated I should wait for a reply. PCN says you will reply in writing within 35 days. I did not get a reply.
