@cazzagd2 Might be a little late, but just keep ignoring. All the letters are automatic and thousands are sent per day. The company is not part of the government and is understaffed af, so you have nothing to worry about!

@Eurocarparkhelp The parking machine said I needed to pay £1, I paid it & now theyve sent me a PCN saying I’ve not paid enough- makes no sense! Theyve ignored my appeal for 2 months & continue to send me letters to pay. Cant seem to reach anyone human to speak to. Any advice? 😭

@FKenren @Eurocarparks_CS @eurocarparks Just keep ignoring the letters, they'll eventually forget you. The letters are automated, youll get debt recovery letters soon. They send thousands of letters every day. Any problems let me know.

@Eurocarparks_CS @Eurocarparkhelp @eurocarparks hello euro car parks, please yesterday I parked at the car park by the Portsmouth and southsea train station for 2hrs. The payment machine is out of order I couldn’t use the Ringo also because it kept saying invalid code.

@sabbiow @sainsburys No worries, you can go into Sainsbury's, give them proof of payment that you are a customer, the PCN number and vehicle registration, they will cancel the PCN for you. If it's been paid, you have to tell them and they will get it refunded.

@Eurocarparkhelp @sainsburys so disappointed that my appeal was rejected. I was 25 mins late leaving sale sainsburys carpark due to a medical issue at 37 weeks pregnant. First PCN and a regular customer. Thanks for nothing! 🥰

@lisalucy1922 @sainsburys @Eurocarparks_CS Just explain that to the Sainsbury's official email and kindly request to cancel. Give your PCN number, location, and ref number. Say that it's your first PCN, now you know and will never happen again, sorry for the trouble I paid in cash so no bank statement etc etc.

@sainsburys @Eurocarparks_CS I’ve just received an £85 parking ticket for parking in sainsburys Bromley whilst taking a disabled lady shopping. We were there 1.46 minutes and it says 2hrs free parking. Apparently we should have had our voucher validated. 1/2

@AeroFX @DRPLtd @Eurocarparks_CS Debt recovery only listen to us. If you missed the appeal window, just don't pay the PCN. We send about 4k to 9k pcns out per days, impossible to keep track of anything so system sends letters automatically then forgets about you after 8 months or so. keep your wits and ignore.

@DRPLtd @Eurocarparks_CS @Eurocarparkhelp Absolutely disgusting. I was fined for parking in a car park i didn't personally attend and was given no means of contacting yourselves apart from using letter as i'd missed your limited appeal window.

@lisalucy1922 @sainsburys @Eurocarparks_CS Every car park is different and has different rules. Just walk into Sainsbury's, explain your situation and they can cancel the PCN for you. Make sure to provide bank statements or proof. If it's your first PCN, will be cancelled for sure.

@Here4avisit @Eurocarparks_CS If you don't have the ticket just ignore the letters, debt collect letters etc. The computer sends the letters automatically. It sends about 4000 to 9000 pcns per day, all letters are automatic. Hold your wits and keep throwing them in the bin. Eventually the computer gives up.

@Eurocarparks_CS @Eurocarparkhelp I used your car park at Salters Wharf, Lytham on 19/08/2023 and have received a £100 fine. I entered my reg in your machine and purchased a £2 ticket. It transpires that the first 3 characters of my reg are not printed on the ticket. PLEASE HELP!

@Here4avisit @Eurocarparks_CS Old machines are used on purpose so that you get a letter and pay the fine. If you have a ticket, submit an appeal with picture of the ticket + bank transaction.

@Eurocarparkhelp What’s the best way to start an appeal? The wife’s car is on finance and the finance company has already paid the fine without speaking to her. The online appeal system just shows the case as closed 🤔

@Eurocarparkhelp @DuffGMD @Eurocarparks_CS Yeah I knew from the profile it was fake and I’ve had my PCN cancelled “as a gesture of goodwill on this occasion”. I should have got authorisation in advance (which I tried to do) but if it’s by email that’s a joke. I probably just won’t use ECP again🤣

@jordanwoodsy @meakinjim @Eurocarparks_CS People have written formal complaints, went to news channels, articles for 20+ years. Nothing will change and car park companies will keep making all tim high profits. Also if you get 1 letter wrong, they do reject your appeal but you need to pay small admin fee.

I contested a parking ticket which I actually purchased. I put a S in my registration instead of a Z, and the reply is that I admitted my fault. I had proof, with pictures. They didn’t even look into the good will claim. That cost me £72.50 too. Shambles @Eurocarparks_CS
