Reception seem at a loss for how to change this. Any ideas how I can reach someone who could, it's such a small admin issue. I know they will be overstretched and tired, but getting the basics right would help them too. There was a huge queue of people who had the same issue.

My GPs number is secret, every number online fails to go through. Number on the outside of surgery is wrong too. E-consult tells you to call. Walked there, got an appointment and the secret number. This doesnt seem efficient, covid safe or person centred.

85% of patients are seen within 2 weeks in GP and c42% within 24 hours. 1.2-1.4m appointment per day. Free up 3 million per year - that’s about 2.5 days extra per year. It doesn’t scratch the surface. We need a credible rescue plan. #GPcrisis @BMA_GP
