I’m so sorry for saying this and I was the one who volunteered and I don’t regret it one bit but the mchanga thing has really broken me so much. I’m so exhausted and so mentally broken. I’m genuinely so tired and so emotional everyday. Being exposed to the aftermath of police brutality from hospitals to mortuaries made my exhaustion feel like nothing and that’s why I kept going no matter how hard.

Today, I had the privilege of participating in a discussion on the state of our continent. My heartfelt appreciation to the veteran voice coach,@JenniferKanari the remarkable Pan-Africanist,@YustusTzadiq & all who contributed to this noble conversation.
