Hey genome catalogue users, our human gut catalogue has been updated – version 2.0.1 is now out. We fixed a bug in the Kraken 2 database and added a phylogenetic tree. All genomes and annotations remain the same. The new files can be downloaded via FTP: ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/…
