@united Your gate agents in Boston were some of the most unprofessional individuals I have flown with. They forced me to check a bag when I paid for a boarding group that allowed a carry on. My bag was on the flight and they removed and checked in. This is unacceptable.

@united @united Can you explain to me why I was unable to bring a carry on bag on the flight when there was room for bags? I felt very singled out and discriminated against by an angry gate agent who appeared to be on a power trip.

@united They took it off the plane and checked it. There was room in the overhead bins. This is unacceptable and the gate agent was incredibly inconsiderate.
