@British_Airways Impossible to get hold you BA and you have delayed a flight from the UK to SA by more than 12 hours. Who do I contact to discuss my options, my 16 yr old daughter is traveling alone???

@British_Airways My daughter’s flight from Heathrow to Johannesburg tonight has been delayed by more than 12 hours. How do I contact someone to assist with this? All call centers are closed!
