Today a @TransLink driver shut the doors on my husband and drove off with our 6 year old. My husband chased the bus banging on it and adults yelled at the driver. Took my husband standing in the road to stop another bus to get dispatch to call the bus ahead. The woman didn't care

Thank god for people on the bus who took care of our son who was freaking out. In the end a member of the public got our son off and waited with him. What is wrong with people, she must hate her job.
