He's looking to join Octopus now. It's disgraceful. Taking it up with the ombudsman which I hope everyone esle does.

How can @OVOEnergy force take over my brother's PAYG meter from SSE which is in emergency credit then tell him he can't top up for 7 days? There is no customer support available? He's been online and on the phone since 9am with no response. @grahamstuart
